This service is used to staff your immediate short- or long-term project requirements without committing your direct personnel resources.  We provide personnel to your organization for one or more specific jobs or project assignments, and we ensure that each candidate matches your requirements (experience, background, skills, certifications or other qualifications) for the position.  You interview the candidates before they begin, or simply observe them during work, and decide which ones you want to work for you.
